Tuan Hj Ishak Bin Ismail, is a Property Surveyor by qualification with a Bachelor in Property Management from University Technology Malaysia (1991) and a Diploma in Valuation from the same university in 1989. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from International Islamic University, Malaysia in 2006.He is currently Royal Chartered of Surveyor (RICS) a member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MISM), Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (M.PEPS) and Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
He is also the Managing Director of Real Estate Agent, IMG Facilities Management Sdn Bhd and IZ Teraju Holdings Sdn Bhd.Prior to starting his own business, Hj Ishak Ismail worked in the field of valuation and property management with Vigers International (Johor) Sdn Bhd and Henry Butcher, Lim & Long (North) Sdn Bhd both international property consultants based in the United Kingdom. He joined them for 7 years with the last position as a Branch manager. He then worked for 8 years with Jurunilai Bersekutu in charge of the Penang Branch and Kuala Lumpur office as a Director until the date of commencement of this practice.
He has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience in all consultancy services including but not limited to valuation, estate agency, property management, auction and project management.
His experience in valuation covers a wide spectrum of properties which include large agricultural plantations, factories and other industrial premises, housing estates and multi-storey commercial complexes throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. He had also conducted feasibility studies and market surveys for property development projects. He is currently involved in managing high rise apartment, condominium and office complex in Klang Valley and Penang.IMG under his leadership is currently appointed on REIT Property Manager for Amanah Raya Reit Manager Sdn Bhd and Damansara Reit Manager Sdn Bhd.In relation to property sales, he has successfully sold multi million worth of office buildings, residential and factories as well as development lands.
